The role of Estimator
- Prepare and process quotations, bids and tenders
- Generate quantities for building works to support the pricing of a project.
- Organise Supplier and Sub-contractor enquiries and scrutinise quotations
- Evaluate material, labour and plant requirements in compilation of the tender.
- Create breakdowns, substantiation and undertake value engineering process
- Communicate with key stakeholder and the Client to establish the project specification, preliminary requirements, risk provision and exclusions.
- Measure commercial and operational risks associated with tenders.

- Social housing experience
- Full UK Driving License
