As we enter a significant, transitional, period within the company’s recruitment an opportunity has arisen, in a newly created job role, for an adaptable spare parts coordinator to join our progressive, yet experienced, team.

The successful applicant will work in collaboration with existing staff to implement and oversee a linear approach to parts management, including; procurement, organisation, identification and fulfilment. Further details of the role in question can be found below:

- Develop connections with both existing and new suppliers and adapt a price-based procurement strategy
- Monitor status of orders, receive, unpack and issue stock either directly to our customers, to other departments or within our dedicated stores area
- Serve customers either face to face or via the telephone, build rapport and gain experience in identifying and fulfilling their parts requirements
- Maintain stock levels, replenish stock where required and complete annual stocktaking
- Undertake administrative tasks such as invoicing and service sheet completion
- Assist in light workshop duties as and when required
- These duties will include the use of mechanical handling aids and lifting equipment

Prior knowledge of Sage accounting software would be preferred, as would past employment within the agricultural industry.

We are offering a full-time position within our organisation, with a minimum working week consisting of 40 hours. Due to the seasonal nature of both our business and the industry we serve, however, we must emphasise that these hours merely serve as a guideline during our busier periods; in which employees are encouraged to remain adaptable throughout.
- An expected work pattern may be: _

Spring & Summer:

- Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:30
- Saturday 07:30 - 12:00

Autumn & Winter:

- Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:30

RST Irrigation Ltd allow for 20 days holiday, in addition to Bank Holidays.

A company vehicle to get to and from our premises will be provided and a full UK driver’s license is mandatory.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
