Method Resourcing have exclusively partnered with a fantastic business who are looking to hire a Delivery Lead into their growing organisation. This role sits in a niche area of Media/Marketing where you will be responsible for the delivery of features ontheir flagship SaaS solution that is making waves in this industry.
You will have an extensive background in delivering software products, working across multi-functional teams, and ensuring that deadlines are met, and budgets are well defined. If you consider yourself to be passionate about your work and driven to deliveryresults, then this is absolutely the job for you.
Alongside this tenacity we are looking for you to have a broad background working across multiple methodologies. A key responsibility of this role will include determining the most appropriate approach to projects and adapting the team to this approach effectively.Therefore, you will ideally have a commercial understanding of Agile development among other techniques.
**Skills**
- Personally driven software projects of various sizes to release and completion
- Understanding of Agile methodology and other approaches to SDLC
- Build trust, establish process, and manage stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Ideally have experience of working in a scale-up environment
