We are recruiting for a Health and Social Care Learning and Development Tutor/Assessor based at our Belfast Training Centre. The Tutor is required to deliver levels 2,3,4 and 5 Health and Social Care Diploma to our health and social care staff across our organisation through a blended learning offer of face to face and remote lessons.

Role overview
- To plan for teaching, learning and assessment
- To support, design and deliver health and social care qualifications to our learners
- To conduct regular assessment of learners
- To monitor and report on learner progress and concerns
- To ensure timely completion of qualifications
- To plan and organise own workload
- To ensure all paperwork is completed
- To coach and mentor learners to support development

Essential requirements
- Health and Social Care Level 3 Qualification or Equivalent
- Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice
- Assessor Award, D32, D33, A1, TAQA or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years’ experience in a Health and Social care role
- A good level of maths and English
- Occupational competence
- Good IT skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Have the right to live and work in the UK indefinitely and without restriction

Teaching Qualification - such as PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS. PGCE
