This could be the opportunity for you. **A little introduction** We’re working with a professional and highly regarded Employment Law and HR Consultancy in their search for a Senior HR Consultant. You’ll be working with a variety of different clients across all sectors and sizes providing bespoke advice and support. **So what will you be doing?** People often say that in HR no day is the same. Well this role takes that saying to the next levelYou’ll be working with such a variety of clients that you’ll be constantly facing new challenging situations. Performance management, disciplinary and grievanceprocedures, TUPE processes and consultations, Union negotiations, redundancy and restructure consultations and settlement agreement to name a few This role isn’t just limited to employee relations. You’ll also be supporting your clients with wider HR projects and strategy. They might need support rolling out a new engagement project or implementing a new recruitment process. As the Senior HR Consultant, the level at which you’ll be assisting your clients will also vary; some of your clients may just look to you for advice and to rubber-stamp decisions. In other situations, you may be "parachuted" into meetings, investigationsand consultations. **Who are we looking for?** We’re looking for more than just employment law experts and HR hotshots.
