We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Receptionist to join our team at The Britannia Hotel, Wolverhampton. Our hotel is a 117 room, stylish Victorian building situated in the city centre conveniently based just a short walk from key public transport links such as St Georges Metro Station, Wolverhampton Bus Station and train station.

**As our Night Receptionist, you will**:

- Welcome any late arrivals and check guests in and out.
- Process? online bookings, takings and payments
- Run the Night Audit using Opera Cloud.
- Answer the telephone and address any enquiries.
- Look after any guest requests.
- Conduct regular security walks and floor checks
- Complete night cleaning checklist
- Set and clear any event rooms as and when required for the next day.
