**Billericay, Essex**:
We are searching for an Associate Building Surveyor with a great eye for detail to join our prestigious client in their Billericay office.

Due to the company's growth, they are looking for a surveyor that can manage a variety of tasks such as cost planning, lifecycle costing, valuation, resolution, and cost estimating. Our client is looking for an experienced Building Surveyor who holds a range of knowledge in the public, commercial, residential, education, and healthcare sectors which will support their engagement on a number of projects in and around Essex.

**Requirements**:

- Degree educated or equivalent in Surveying,
- Experience as a Building Surveyor,
- MRICS Qualified/Near chartered,
- Residential sector experience,
- Strong communication skills,
- A proven track record on managing projects at a residential level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
- Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
- Performing risk, value management and cost control.
