**Private Family PA - London/remote**

Private PA for UHNW family.

Full time - Monday to Friday (not a 24/7 role but available out of hours if required)

£55k to £65k negotiable DOE, plus benefits

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Supporting the wider family (including 3 adult children, one based in LA)
- Diary management
- Travel and social arrangements
- Some corporate PA support
- Expense reconciliation
- Property management (3 UK properties including one large renovation project)
- Insurances for the houses, cars and medical
- Finances - recording accounts, paying bills, cross-charging invoices, tracking payments
- Trust management and admin
- Liaising with family advisors
- Payment of salaries/HMRC duties
- Filing and organisation of documents
- Anticipating and understanding the needs and requirements of the family
- Ad hoc project management
- At least 5 years’ experience working with a private family household
- Effective analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent understanding of finances/accounting (legal/accounting experience ideal)
- Excellent bookkeeping skills
- Understanding of Trusts and family investment companies
- Tech savvy (Mac, Windows, MS Office, Gmail)
- Professional, responsible, trustworthy, discreet
- Excellent references
- DBS checked

The family is looking for a long term commitment with someone who goes with the ebb and flow of their life and you will become the lynchpin who can gear up and down as required.
