Ocean BMW Plymouth are looking for a skilled individual, who has a positive attitude to join our Body Centre team as an Estimator. The successful applicant will be able to carry out accurate estimates in a professional manner, adhere to strict time guidelines and ensure a high standard of customer service with the ability to work to the highest standards.

**Your profile**
You will have experience in a franchised Body Centre or similar environment backed up by extensive experience of working with prestige vehicles.

You will also have:

- Excellent customer service and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience of negotiating with insurance companies
- Experience of sourcing and following up on workload
- Audatex certification
- A full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK

Desirable requirements for this position include:

- ATA VDA qualification de
- Knowledge of Warranty claim processes

**Rewards**
Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary plus bonus scheme along with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays a year and a pension scheme.

Basic salary £36000 with an OTE £40,000 working a 5 day week Mon to Fri 08.15 to 17.00

**Salary**: £36,000.00 per year
