An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Admin Assistant to assist the company in recruiting staff during their busy period.
As the Recruitment Admin Assistant, you will:
- Advertise jobs using various platforms.
- Review the recruitment mailbox and correspond.
- Call prospective new applicants.
- Check right to work.
- Update the applicant tracker.
- Be the first point of call for applicants.
- Administer tests, new starters pack and complete induction paperwork.
To excel in this role, you should:
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to work at pace in an environment where things can change quickly.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good telephone manner.
**Required Criteria**
- Computer Literacy
- Administrative experience
- Building Relationships
