**The Role
As a Clinical Nurse Leader within the **Acquired Brain Injury** division you will be the most senior nurse on the ward with responsibility for the clinical operations of the ward. You will be responsible for the assessment and delivery of careneeds and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care without supervision. You will directly lead the nursing team on your ward, monitor their performance, and take action where necessary to improve practice in conjunction with theNurse Manager and the pathway’s dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner. You will report directly to the Nurse Manager and work closely with them and your counter-part(s) to assist in the clinical development of the ward so that it is productive and innovative.

You will lead your team by example and work in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team. There will be a degree of flexibility in shifts allowing direct links with your counter-part(s) with the aim of delivering high standards of care through continuityand consistency.
