Area Branch Manager

Help Resourcing Limited are delighted to be working with the UK’s leading tools and equipment hire company. In 2020 they embarked on an ambitious new project. The Builders Merchant project has seen the business open 50+ tool hire stores in partnership withindependent Builders Merchants across England and Wales, and this is set to grow furthermore year on year. Due to the rapid expansion we have the following role available:
**Role**:
We are delighted to be working with them to recruit a**Area Branch Manager / Hire Sale Manager**

**Salary**:
Salary depending on builders merchant or Hire experience up to £32-35,000 + a monthly bonus of up to £500

**Hours**:
7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and every Saturday 7am to 12pm (with a day back in return fortnightly)

As **Area Branch Manager / Hire Sale Manager**you will take responsibility for:

- Managing 2-3 store locations
- Growing our market share within a local region to the store
- Embracing all sales initiatives whilst delivering unrivalled customer service
- Strengthening existing relationships with our current customers, helping them to plan their future orders with us

**What do you bring?**
- A proven track records in a sales/retail orientated profession (A background in construction or tool/plant hire is not a necessity)
- A sales focused mindset - striving to go above and beyond for our customers, having conversations in and around the store to drive sales
- A proactive nature - as you’ll be the representative for HSS on site you’ll be focused on hitting the store targets
- Great communication skills - you’ll have conversations with customers and potential customers in the merchants - so you’ll be outgoing and comfortable starting conversations
