The OSCP Safeguarding Administrator OSCP will deliver the full range of administrative functions to support the activities of the partnership.
The appointee will be responsible, as part of a small team, for the co-ordination, arrangements, venue, agendas, minuting, general meeting administration and travel (if applicable) of various meetings/panels/forums etc. including liaison with Partnership agencies and other Professional Bodies.
The administrator provides support to the OSCP Independent Chair and Partnership Manager, including diary and meetings management. Additionally, the appointee will support specific specialist service areas of OSCP, including training and development when necessary, as part of the Business unit administrative team.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Update of Web content and information for the OSCP website.
- Data collation, analysis and presentation.
- Records maintenance in line with filing system requirements, including file retention and destruction.
- Assistance with Freedom of Information requests.
The appointee will be required to maintain up-to-date understanding of procedures which affect working practices as well as procedures in relation to customer care principles, data protection and client confidentiality.
Although this role is part time, there is an opportunity for the role to become full time for a fixed term to cover maternity leave from April.
