An autonomous agency that provides innovative branding and marketing campaigns to customers in the healthcare industry is currently seeking an experienced Senior Medical Writer to join their team. The team consists of highly skilled professionals, including knowledgeable marketeers, adept digital strategists, accomplished medical writers, proficient copywriters, and talented creative directors, who possess exceptional expertise in their respective fields.

**The following will be the primary duties of this position**:

- Generate persuasive and captivating written content with the aim of motivating healthcare professionals to modify their behaviors.
- It is imperative to uphold the scientific integrity of every medical writing that is generated, in accordance with pertinent rules, with a primary focus on the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI).
- Acquire the necessary knowledge and information to serve as a credible source of information for a certain pharmaceutical product.
- Facilitate efficient communication with personnel in our client services department, providing assistance in addressing client inquiries and effectively managing their expectations.
- Engage in active involvement during client meetings, which may involve periodic delivery of presentations to clients.
- It is advisable to interact with individuals affiliated with our digital and creative divisions as and when required.
- Engage in new business presentations if requested to do so.
- Assume the position of a role model for junior medical writers.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in the field of pharmaceutical advertising.
- A comprehension of the operational mechanisms employed by advertising companies.
- A comprehensive comprehension of the ABPI Code of Practice.
