**Administration Assistant in Finance Department**
**2 days East Grinstead 3 days Crowborough**
**FTC - 6 Months**
**Free Parking / Free Lunch Daily**
**£22k (FTE)**
**Monday - Friday 9 - 5 or 8am - 4pm**RESPONSIBILITIES /DUTIES**
- Assist with the daily processing of the sale ledger
- Assist with the daily processing of the purchase ledger
- Assist with the maintenance of the invoice approval system.
- Investigate and respond to customer and supplier queries.
- Liaise with other departments where the exchange of information is necessary from time to time
- Undertake general office duties in order to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Office.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by senior staff.
- To ensure that confidential information is not disclosed
**Key Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting/business office environment
**Skills**
- Good computing skills
- Excellent organisational ability
- Good telephone manner
- Knowledge
- An understanding of Accounting systems
- Works well under pressure
- Flexible approach
