**Company Description**
Pritchard-Gordon Tankers specialises in ocean transportation of crude oil, refined petroleum products, chemicals and biofuels in environmentally sensitive areas, using purpose built, shallow draft, double hull tankers. We are one of the very few specialist fully integrated British Tanker owning and operating companies trading under the UK Tonnage Tax regime. We currently have 10 vessels predominantly trading in the wider Caribbean area.
The Company is managed and run by a team of experienced specialists in their chosen fields of sale and purchase, tanker chartering, vessel operations, marine engineering and vessel design.

**Key Tasks/Responsibilities**
- Arranging travel for personnel joining and leaving vessels in the most cost-effective manner.
- Liaising with vessels and port agents to arrange safe and successful crew changes onboard our vessels.
- Ensuring that crew members documents (e.g. passport, visa, certificates of competency, medical certificates, etc.) are valid and in date, and in compliance with national and international laws and regulations.
- Prepare Seafarers Employment Agreements and supporting letters for visas as required.
- Maintain and update personnel records in an accurate and timely manner.
- To be available out of hours and on weekends on a rotational basis (1 weekend in 4) to deal with travel emergencies.
- Completing other tasks relevant to the position, and as assigned by the Head of Personnel
**Essential Skills/Qualifications**
- Previous experience working in the Maritime sector, with knowledge of STCW regulations, or;
- Previous experience working in the travel industry, with knowledge of flight routes, and travel procedures.
- Ability to work within a team, and work within specific timelines.
- Interpersonal skill level capable of communicating verbally and in writing with internal and external parties.
- Diligence and attention to detail when updating records and preparing travel documents.
- Computer literacy, with focus on Microsoft Office Applications
- Basic mathematics skills to allow for cost comparisons when arranging travel
