As a team leader, you’ll be interacting with our customers and using every opportunity to enhance their experience - so your communications skills are crucial.

- For you to be successful in this role you’ll need a positive attitude and approach to everything you do.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and to have the ability to communicate at all levels
- Be able to work alone and as part of a team
- Flexibility around working hours and shift pattern
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Have the ability to build good working relationships with team members and customers.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist in the maintenance of all records, systems and procedures to ensure control of stocks and conformity with all company procedures.
- Undertake any other duties as directed by the centre manager in the provision of high quality service.
