Thisisafantasticopportunityforan IT Technician with atleast 1-2 years experience, looking to implement and build on skills within theIT department in assessing, implementing and providing support and guidance on all aspects of User IT requirements. and solutions.

In your role as IT Technician, you’ll be responsible for assisting the IT and wider Infrastructure team in overseeing day to day user requirements such as the following:

- Troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Fix onsite hardware and software issues
- Fix remote software and hardware issues
- Moving people around the business
- Add new usernames
- Change Vlan’s
- Monitor/daily checks on Main computer
- Liaise with suppliers re stock levels
- Organise Laptop Repairs

For this role you will ideally have some knowledge of following areas:

- Windows environment
- Active Directory
- Boot Policy
- Basic networking
- Basic Switch Maintenance
