An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Warrington’s fastest growing, highly acquisitive businesses who due to growth require an additional Accounts Payable Clerk to join their friendly team.
Reporting to their impressive Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for:

- Preparation of supplier payments for various trading brands throughout the UK.
- Your duties will include processing invoices to purchase ledger
- Preparation and review of all approved payment request submissions.
- Maintaining supplier bank details information
- Liaise with suppliers for payment related queries and coding and posting of payments leaving the bank.
- Provide information for weekly cash balance reporting
- Filing of company bank statements.
- Other ad hoc projects to support the Accounts Payable Manager.
- Have a minimum of 1 years’ Purchase Ledger experience
- Be friendly with a positive and proactive approach to your workload during a time where processes are initially being implemented.
- You will be organised and methodical with an excellent telephone manner
- Be reliable and trustworthy
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel.

Flexible working hours between 7:45am-6:45pm
