We are searching for Senior Designer to join a market leading agency in Bristol. This will really suit you if you are very conceptual and enjoy taking the lead on creative communications campaigns.

**Salary**: £35,000 - £45,000 per year

**Role type**: Permanent

**Working pattern**: Full time or part time (4 days per week).

**Home working flexibility**: 3 days working from the studio preferred

**Required skills & experience**

An integrated designer, with experience in digital and print solutions for large and small organisations, you will have a portfolio that showcases your talents and engaging campaigns you are proud of.

You’ll ideally have worked in an agency. You’re a Senior Designer already, or ready to step up to this level.

A conceptual designer/creative, you can bring plenty of new ideas to the table aside from visual design. You’re able to come up with engaging copy or straplines as well as eye-catching design.

If you have worked as a designer in an advertising or communications agency this could suit you very nicely.

You understand what it’s like to work at pace and on multiple projects/client briefs.

You will enjoy mentoring more junior members of staff, giving them constructive feedback and helping them achieve their best work.
