**About the Role**
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, your key purpose will be to ensure our new Birmingham/Midlands regional team are delivering the build, sales, implementation, and maintenance plans in line with the set up and growth required in this area. You will have full responsibility for the development and growth of this region. This role will suit someone that enjoys having autonomy and delivering large scale change to a growing fibre business. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will look at things differently and bring a fresh perspective to developing the region across all areas required to make it a success.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- To build, lead, grow and develop the Birmingham/Midlands regional team
- Working with your regional build team to build a robust build programme within the region and ensure the resource levels are maintained
- Working with your regional sales team to ensure that we are promoting our services and added value products, to ensure our order uptake targets are achieved.
- Building relationships with Local Authorities, Land Owners and any other 3rd party stakeholders that could result in the programme being a positive for the local communities
- Working with your regional installations team to ensure that we are installing all our orders in an efficient and timely way, focused on our customer’s experience
- Working with your regional maintenance team to drive preventative maintenance and to facilitate corrective maintenance by addressing any issues identified to bring the network to its original state. This also involves providing continuous support maintenance by addressing any issues identified to bring the network to its original state
- Collaborating with partners to provision every existing network by ensuring it is appropriately connected to the PoP and that it is documented accurately
- Effectively drive efficiencies in Financial Management as well as managing the regional budgets with your team of managers
- Management of third-party contracts by ensuring adherence to agreed terms of the contract
- Define and re-engineer operational processes to improve efficiencies
