**Full Job Description**

We are looking for a experienced and qualified Dental Receptionist who is enthusiastic and trustworthy to join our amazing team in Woodhouse, Sheffield. You must be a team player with a positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team. We are a busy NHS practice that also offers private treatments, it is fully computerised using Edge and uses a digital x-ray system.

The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience. We offer a company pension.

Key Responsibilities...
- Greet patients when they arrive at the dentist's office
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Maintain patient accounts and records
- Manage and organise specialist referrals
- Inform patients of payment options
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders for more supplies when necessary
- Ensure all dental office equipment is functioning properly
- Sort and organise incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain petty cash available in the dental reception
- Ensure reception area is maintained and professional in appearance
- Clean DBS check

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.25 per hour onwards depending upon experience
