The ideal Primary School HLTA:

- Able to provide Teaching Support to help towards a calm atmosphere in the classroom.

The Primary School HLTA role;
- A varied role of both TA and Cover Teacher duties.
- Undertake specified work with individuals, groups and whole classes under the direction and supervision of a qualified teacher.
- To work with teachers to organise and support teaching and learning activities for classes.
