For over 20 years our client have been engineers to the medical Industry, specialising in surgical Implants for trauma surgery.
The work is required to be of a high standard and they currently hold ISO 13485 quality management system certification.
They now have a vacancy to join the small but dedicated team as an Office Administrator
**Role**:Office Administrator (Full time, permanent)
**Duties**:
- Customer order entry
- Goods picking and labelling
- Invoice and shipping of goods
- Stock control using MS Excel
- Issuing manufacturing job sheets
- Microsoft Office / Excel
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks or Sage
- Good communication
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work with tight delivery schedules
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Good numeracy
- Punctual
**Location**:
Farlington, Portsmouth.
**Remuneration**:
Working Hours: Mon-Thu 08:30 to 17:30 / Fri 8:30 to 12:00 (37.5 hours per week) Holidays 28 days per annum (including bank holidays). Hourly rate £12 to £14 dependent upon experience.
