Retail Support Analyst and Co-ordinator

We are pleased to be assisting in the recruitment with our valued client for a Retail Support analyst and Co-Ordinator.

To be responsible for co-ordination, administration and analytics within the assigned National Retail Accounts, Builders Merchants and Studio Partner, from a supply chain and external sales support perspective. To assist the deployment and management of specificsystems, activities and projects designed to mutually enhance the profitability, efficiency and effectiveness of the trading relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
*Set up and manage appropriate parameters in the stock replenishment systems in conjunction with the assigned accounts and key stakeholders at, to aid and assist to ensure stock levels are maintained at an appropriate level at all times across all product groups.
*Review all stock profiles and slow-moving stock in association with Hafele company, and assigned accounts reporting back to key stakeholders.
*Administer improvement process in order to optimise the supply chain model to enhance both companies and assigned accounts business opportunities.
*Assist assigned accounts with imagery, product data, customer service requests and new product introductions, liaising with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
*Create and manage weekly, monthly and requested reports for the National Accounts and Reseller Teams.
*Administrating and co-ordinating support for customer training, new projects, roadshows, exhibitions and all other areas where required.
*Assist with management of customer software systems, shared systems and procedures to determine potential risks and issues, reporting back to key stakeholders.
- Set up quotations and co-ordinate ongoing price files within assigned accounts.
*Proactively contact retail branches within assigned accounts, introducing company's, product ranges to create warm leads for account managers to visit.
*To ensure adherence to the company's policies and procedures at all times as defined within the company handbook.
*To undertake any other duties as may be required time to time by Chief Sales Officer or direct line manager.
Experience/qualifications:
*Being able to demonstrate experience of analysing large amounts of data, processing the information and forming improvement plans and actions, would be advantageous
*Able to demonstrate good knowledge of IT systems - including the standard Microsoft packages
*High level skills with Excel and PowerPoint essential.
*Being able to reference experience in co-ordinating and administrating projects in a team-based environment, either at a work or academic level.
*Excellent time & resource management skills are essential.
