Bartender/server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide recommendations on drink selections to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Must be at least 18 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
