Brand & Digital Marketing Manager - Poole - £Competitive

A Brand and Digital Marketing Manager is required for our client based in Poole to join their busy Marketing and Sales teams. The main aspect of the role is to drive brand equity and global positioning to be the clear European market leaders.

The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

Main responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver annual and five year strategic objectives and plans across European brand and digital programming.
- Manage Go To Market process from an organisation perspective and aligning to indicators where relevant.
- Leading the Marketing perspective on the long term product & marketing pipelines
- Co-develop world class storytelling programmes focused into GTM and Digital seasonal marketing programmes. This will specifically be across all digital platforms.
- Provide seasonal perspective on relevant consumer and retail trends and directions to assist in strategic planning and implementation
- Drive programme and plan development in line with the company's core brand values especially Sustainability
- Responsible for co-ordinating and leading Digital marketing activities to drive product ranges and Programmes throughout the European market.
- Deliver exceptional and innovative marketing content to drive top of funnel traffic growth
- Develop a world class community via social media/hub of inspiration
- Managing relationships with relevant digital agencies in order to drive traffic growth and conversion.
- Drive innovative digital marketing technologies and platforms
- Co-develop with Community & PR Manager world class PR across all key categories and advocacy programme and implement across relevant segmentation
- Drive partnership and affiliate programmes for strategic and tactical activation
- Assisting with planning and managing the allocation of marketing spend across relevant areas.
- Executing and analysing results/return-on-investment of digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage relevant budgets for brand and digital marketing, PR, events, tradeshows and related areas
- Maintaining an up-to-date, current and detailed knowledge of the entire company line.
- Develop, coach and mentor the Brand and Digital Marketing teams to become truly high performance in their specific areas
- Conduct regular team meetings and 1-2-1s to review performance against KPI
- Attending trade shows, events, sales and product meetings within the UK and Europe
- Play a hands-on role in the recruitment and selection of new team employees

Key Skills:

- 3-5 years' experience working in a similar role, within brand management and digital marketing.
- European experience would be essential to this role.
- Strong leadership and management skills and experience.
- Experience in developing brand content.
- Budget management is essential.
