Night Baker

Do you have a passion for dough? We are a friendly family owned family business looking for someone to join our small night shift team to help in all aspects of making and baking our freshly made breads.

Ideally the successful applicant will have previous experience in mixing, use of bread making equipment, hand moulding and bread baking. Previous experience of night shift working would be an advantage. However, full training will be provided.

Normally working 5 nights out of a possible 6 between Sunday night and Friday night with a regular night off during the week. Shift times are approximately 7 to 8 hours finishing around 5am to 6am in the morning.

The work would cover all aspects of making and baking bread including the making of artisan breads and use of sourdoughs and traditional craft methods.
