Supervisor for Don Churro

**Job description**
El Mexicana and Don Churro are well established leading UK brands operating in the Mexican Food Quick Service Restaurant sector. We can be found in busy fast paced Food Courts around the UK such as Extra Motorway Services and McArthurglen Designer Outlet Centres. We produce and cook our own food at our Central Kitchen and Distribution Centre in Stevenage. This food is delivered direct to our restaurants for simple finishing and heating, on our food counters. We have state of the art online platforms supporting our restaurant management with the paperwork -staff rotas and pay, stock ordering from Stevenage, and all other management operating systems. Our customers order their food and drink at the units on order and payment kiosks in front of our restaurants. Less than 2% of customers now use cash at a traditional till point. The bit that we can’t automate and simplify is the need for top rate highly motivated staff. And to lead, coach and direct them we need fantastic managers. Our ideal supervisor / manager will be an outgoing confident cheerful leader who loves working face to face with the customers and their colleagues. Someone who loves to be hands on preparing and delivering our delicious Mexican Food to customers and leading the line, on the counter. Someone who is an absolute ‘cleaning fanatic’ keeping our restaurants spotless and ensuring their team of colleagues is always smart, clean and cheerful. Not someone who sees management as sitting down with a laptop filling in forms and ‘hiding’ from customers and colleagues. Our systems take care of the ‘paperwork’ our managers must take care of our customers and colleagues.
