If you would like to find out more about us, you can visit our website at Our profile: DHU Healthcare. **About the role**As the Occupational Health Administrator at DHU Healthcare, you will be responsible for occupational health administration support along with day-to-day advice in line with Occupational Health and Wellbeing policies and procedures.The post holder will participate in promoting and advancing occupational health and wellbeing within DHU Health Care CIC.The post holder will participate in promoting and advancing DHU Health Care CIC, whilst working towards DHU’s **Values, behaviour's, and principles**

***Responsibilities**:

- To provide administrative support to the occupational health team and as required confidential support to the Head of Occupational Health.
- Respond in a timely manner to the referring managers and employees to ensure appropriate triage of cases is understood and waiting times are empathetically explained.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and maintain and develop filing and other reference systems ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.
- Maintain accurate policies, procedures, and case management records log, including monthly clinician compliance checks.
- Assist with the planning of departmental activities on an ongoing basis, ensuring all annual role medicals and health screens are completed.
- Support and coordinate the health promotions clinics.
- Prepare and provide information to the Health and Wellbeing Lead, as required.

**Essential Skills**:

- Experience within Occupational Health setting.
- Administration experience of 5 years preferably in a health care sector.
- A good general standard of education, including English GCSE (or equivalent).
- A relevant professional health qualification or working towards/wanting to work towards.
- IT proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience of file management and maintenance.
- Awareness or involvement with the SEQOHS Accreditation and preparation programme would be helpful.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Occasional Travel to other sites may be required, including Leicester, Chesterfield, and Oldbury.
