**Receptionist Requirements**

At Linthwaite House we are looking for a warm and welcoming receptionist to join our family. As the main point of contact for guests and our teams, you will be methodical and organised in your approach to dealing with multiple priorities. You must be able to demonstrate having delivered an intuitive and exceptional guest experience in a similar environment, your attention to detail, and your ability to work as part of a dedicated team.

Your remit will include a wide variety of Reception and Reservation tasks, and shifts will be on a rota basis with a variety of early, middle and late shifts. A working knowledge of Protel would be considered an asset.

Linthwaite House is located in the heart of the Lake District and set in 14 acres (5.7 hectares) of established gardens and well-maintained woodland grounds with a private tarn. The property boasts breath-taking views over Lake Windermere and the fells beyond. The Lake District is renowned for its glacial ribbon lakes, rugged fell mountains and historic literary associations, as well as traditional inns and galleries displaying local art. It has recently been awarded World Heritage status.

Linthwaite House has 30 individually designed rooms, plus six brand-new, luxurious Woodland Suites.
