**Security Officer (Concierge / Front Of House) Leeds**

**£11:90 Per Hour - Night Shifts**

From our Leeds Headquarters, our professional team of dedicated Managers, Supervisors, Security Officers and Control Room Operatives provide efficient and effective security services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to the private and public sector.

We supply security services to a wide range of clients and sectors ranging from corporate, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, education and for many leading managing agents.

We aim to become the leading independent family run security provider in United Kingdom. We pride ourselves on client retention, customer service and the professionalism of our employees. **Principle Accountabilities**:
You will ensure the safety and security of people, premises and property.
- Front of house
- Patrols
- Reporting
- Customer liaison
- Booking in/out staff
- Booking in/out visitors
- Good communication
- Good customer service
- Attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Frontline Security Guarding or Door Supervision SIA licence
- Have the knowledge and physical ability to use fire extinguishers and other emergency equipment
- Fully comprehensive 5 year work/education history; including full company names, addresses and landline contact numbers.
- Clear communication both written and verbal
- Must be punctual and have the ability to perform under pressure when needed
- Smart, well-groomed and confident.
- A commitment to providing first class customer service is essential
- Security procedure knowledge
- Telephone/basic computer skills
- The ability to act in a decision-making capacity
