We are looking to employ two recovery workers to work on a 8 hour shift pattern.

5 days a week and opportunities of overtime.

You will work alongside our dedicated nursing team in providing an effective client centred, residential detoxification and rehabilitation service that enables sustained client recovery and care.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Acting as the named Recovery Worker for a small client care load for the duration of each client's treatment length
- Undertaking client admissions in a friendly and welcoming manner that complies with the company's client admission procedures and completing comprehensive care assessment during the admission process
- Supporting the Qualified Nurse in assessments and administering medication
- Accurately documenting daily care records for each client, alongside risk assessments, attendance forms and case notes; Ensuring all relevant documentation is maintained in line with company and CQC standards
- Planning, organising and carrying out a range of programmes, therapies and sessions in line with both individual client requirements and group requirements, and as directed by Registered Manager
- Participating and carrying out effective client care handovers and discharge planning alongside other staff members and ensuring effective communication of client care issues at all times
- Supporting client needs as and when required
- Reporting any issues that may arise during each shift
- Consulting and working alongside all other team members effectively

**Salary**: £11.65-£12.65 per hour

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- care: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
