This position does offer hybrid working.
Working on the Compliance/Helpdesk team, you will work as the main point of contact for the organisation's contractors.
Daily duties will involve the following:
- Payment Queries - Answering queries regarding payments and processing invoices.
- Administration - Working closely with the Sales Account Managers to ensure all information required is obtained.
- Contractor Relations - Liaise with contractors to ensure all is running smoothly and deal with any escalated issues quickly.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to be flexible and run tasks alongside each other
- Be available to work outside of hours should a large project arise
- The Ability to listen to contractors' problems, with an understanding manner
- Work well under pressure
- Written and Verbal Mandarin (Essential)
- Written and Verbal English (Essential)
Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential alongside the ability to multi-task. A good eye for detail and reliability is paramount.

Annual salary is £19,000 - £21,000 and office hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am until 5.30pm.
Parking is available either on site or within proximity to the office and the office is accessible via public transport.
