We are currently looking for an experienced finance professional or consultant with experience using, implementing, or assisting with implementing HR systems.

We are looking for individuals with a high level of experience in Sage Intacct or another Financial system, or someone with a background in the finance industry - accountancy/finance/management accountancy.

Full training on Sage Intacct, including a Sage University certification will be provided for the successful applicant.
These individuals should have knowledge on certain aspects of configuration (updating reference data, knowledge of workflows, knowledge of balance administration and proficiency of using the system to a medium to high level).

**Responsibilities**
- Support the sales team with client scoping calls to determine solution requirements
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on their implementation pathway
- Ensure projects are created effectively with sound governance and structure
- Take responsibility for designing the desired solution following discovery sessions with clients
- Identifying product boundaries or where a simple solution is not possible and working with the supplier and customer to identify solutions
- Support the full technical implementation of Sage Intacct
- Support clients with data migration, transformation and loading into the new solution
- Support clients through User Acceptance testing and training
- Deliver sound project governance and handover to support

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience using Sage Intacct or a similar financial software OR A background in Finance/Accountancy with exposure to financial systems
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Contextual awareness, particularly of HR and Payroll
- Communicative fluency, both verbal and in documentation
- Strong analytical thinking and open-ness to learning
- An investigative mindset, to resolve and fix functionality-based issues
- Excitement about flexibility, independence and knowledge-sharing in your job
- Commitment to your clients, your team and your Phase 3 role.
