- Maintain filing systems and records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Greet visitors.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Update client data.

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Perform to strict time schedules.
- Comply with confidentiality rules.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Prioritising accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn in-house programmes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
