As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, your work will be impacting the lives of the students and motivating them to spread positivity at school, at home and in their community.
No days are ever the same for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant. Some days you will be tasked to work in small groups, the next day would be spent supporting a student with a specific need.
**This would ideally suit someone with**:

- Passionate about putting the needs of the pupils first
- Strong behaviour management
- Having experience supporting students or adults with SEN needs
- Strong interpersonal skills
