**Job title**:Recruitment Consultant

**Purpose of the job**:You will be responsible for generating income for the business and achieving KPIs assigned to you, with scope for additional duties in the future.

**Supervisory responsibilities**:
None to begin with but opportunity to grow a team around you in the event that you grow your desk to a suitable level.

**Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for generating income for the business
- Responsible for performing to consistently high standards and achieving KPIs and targets set by the business
- Responsible for day-to-day decision making for your desk.

**Main duties**:

- Booking interviews.
- Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants.
- Client meetings.
- Advertising of vacancies.
- Holding open days for clients where interested job-seekers can find out about the company and register
- their interest.
- Conducting interviews.
- Checking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Attending exhibitions and networking meetings.
- Sales calls and business development.
- Account management of existing clients.
- Working towards key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
- Reporting weekly activity and sales figures to the Manager

**Working conditions**:

- Hours of work:_

Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 17.00

**Person specification**
- Knowledge, training, skills and qualifications required:_
- Previous experience of running both temporary worker and permanent staff recruitment desks is desired
- Previous sales experience
- Knowledge of the Healthcare sector desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of working to KPIs or targets
- Experience of calculating efficiencies (ratios) and monitoring business performance desirable
- Confident personality
- Open and approachable manner
- Highly driven and self-motivated
- Able to work with little or no supervision whilst maintaining a consistently high standard of work
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Must be highly organised with sound administration skills
- Good overall knowledge of legislation affecting an everyday recruitment environment desirable.

- Must be a driver with access to own vehicle_
