**Main Responsibilities**
- The main purpose of the role is to manage incoming customer enquiries to generate new business and achieve the sales targets/objectives set by the business.
- As the first point of contact for inbound vehicle leasing enquires you will quickly build a strong working relationship with your customers.
- Provide expert advice through sound product knowledge and fully understanding the customers requirements and wishes.
- Successfully securing business, following a sales process with a partnering approach to customer service.
- Work hand in glove with our sales support and aftersales teams to ensure customer expectations are successfully managed.
- When not dealing with existing enquires you will be generating new leads through networking, outbound calling and other marketing activities such as developing sales campaigns and analyse data to identify trends and targets.
- Fully engage with our CRM system.
- Keep fully updated with key manufacture and industry developments and legislative changes.
- Any other duties that may be necessary to support your colleagues and the business.

Vans Northwest are the appointed Main Agents for the new state-of-the-art Maxus Light Commercial Vehicle range for the Northwest of England.

Based on the A580, East Lancs Road, we are easily accessible from the Northwest of England. We are exactly one mile along the East Lancs Road from the M6 at Junction 23 heading towards Liverpool.

**Job Type: Permanent**

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6:00pm.

Saturdays on a rota.
