We are currently recruiting a UX/UI Designer to join our ebs product team, who are responsible for designing and developing ebs, one of our market-leading student information systems offering real-time digital technologies for reporting and communication,empowering staff and students in the Further Education sector.

**The role**

As UI/UX designer at Tribal it will come as no surprise that you will be producing wireframes, mock-ups, high fidelity designs and prototypes as well as creating new user interfaces from the ground up. Working with customers in the Further Education sectoryou will research and collate feedback to enable you to create best in class designs to serve students and faculty within colleges world-wide.

You will be tasked with implementing style guides and standards to the user interface of software development and to design responsive interfaces and compelling experiences across multiple platforms whilst considering UI transition for Tribal customers.

You will be adept at creating solutions to problems with a natural curiosity for how things work and how they can be improved. Your interpersonal skills will be highly developed, and you will be used to working effectively and collaboratively in a multidisciplinaryteam. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to constructively explain things in a way which is easily understood by others.
