We are looking for a Quality Assurance tester with an excellent eye for detail to join a brilliant team working across the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

We are a digital marketing agency providing tactical and innovative solutions to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Our team is growing to meet the increasing requirements of their global client base meaning there are opportunities for a Quality Assurance tester to join the business.

Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard, whilst understanding pharmaceutical compliance and the digital marketing lifecycle, will be essential for this role. You will be responsible for user acceptance testing, proofreading, web content management and the creation of approval documentation to support project delivery. The QA checks will be performed to ensure that projects are delivered to match the requirements of the client.

Core duties and responsibilities will include the following:

- Perform quality assurance reviews of digital assets across platforms including Wordpress, Magnolia and Tridion and multiple devices; deliver to project managers within allocated timelines.
- Code compliance checks
- Metadata, tags, and alt-text checks
- Spelling, grammar, and punctuation checks
- Ensure that all client instructions and specifications have been followed and that all questions have been addressed
- Manage content population on Wordpress & Magnolia platforms for new and existing websites
- Manage content assets using website content management systems
- Ensure the digital content, format, and professional appearance of the deliverables are of the highest quality
- Verify match of type styles and layout within digital design artwork
- Create approval documentation including final form PDF documents

**Skills and experience**:

- Attention to detail, accuracy, and patience are essential
- Expert understanding of written English
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Must possess the ability to manage changes, delays, or unexpected events appropriately, and prioritise workload effectively
- Unit testing experience essential
- Experience of proof reading desired
- Ability to mark-up PDFs in Adobe Acrobat in an easy-to-understand style is desirable
- Experience in healthcare and a familiarity with medical terminology would be of benefit
- Knowledge of the ABPI desired, but not essential
- Knowledge of Wordpress desired, but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
