Electrical Design Engineer - HV Power Systems

About the company?
This South West based and national Renewables Consultancy are now looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join their West-Super-Mare team which is steadily growing This fully accredited independent connection provider /ICP are hoping to grow their Electricaldivision with someone who ideally has experience in designing HV electricity networks, voltages up to 132,000 volts. This consultancy take ach project from initial conception through detailed design, construction, commissioning and eventually handover. Specialising in connecting renewable and conventional power generation projects, not only do they act as ICP but as a balanceof plant contractor.
If you have experience in connecting complex engineering projects to the national grid, and would now like to work with one of the regionals best engineering consultancies, specialising in this area of engineering, there isn't a better place
Training and development would be provided on the job, but experience preparing electrical designs for HV & LV substations / projects would be highly advantageous. If you also had experience with the software packages they use, such as Amtech, AutoCAD or Powerfactory, that would also be a huge benefit.
