Join our vibrant team at Banana Moon Day Nurseries as an Early Years Practitioner We are dedicated to fostering a joyful, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to support children's development and learning through play-based activities and experiences.

Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, observing children's progress, and creating strong relationships with children and their families. We believe that each child is unique and has their individual learning journey, and we focus on providing a holistic approach to early education.

You will have access to ongoing training to enhance your skills and ensure you stay up-to-date with the latest early years practices. Our nursery operates Monday to Friday, and we provide a flexible working schedule to fit your lifestyle.

The salary for this position is competitive and will reflect your qualifications and experience within the sector.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare or willingness to obtain.
- Current First Aid and Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete).
- Core training to be completed throughout induction period.
- SSSC registration must be maintained.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for nurturing young children and supporting their development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
