Our state of the art advanced simulators and support services set the standard for immersive entertainment and professional training experiences.

Exam’s current premium product range includes; VR5 Series, Karting Simulators, Branded Partner Simulators, Software and Support solutions and White Glove Installation.

**The Role**

Reporting directly to the CEO, **t**he Sales Director will be responsible for implementing Exsim Ltd’s commercial strategy, and driving revenue growth through key partnerships, to achieve the budgeted annual sales target. Additionally the role includes the expansion of B2B partnerships, the securing of high-value contracts, and the commercial execution of our cutting-edge simulation solutions across multiple industries.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Revenue Growth & Sales Target Achievement**
- Develop and execute a sales and partnership strategy to hit the Business target.
- Lead high-value B2B sales, franchise agreements, and reseller partnerships.
- Drive sales of the Exsim product rangeacross luxury, motorsport, and entertainment markets.

**Market Expansion & Business Development**
- Identify and develop strategic opportunities with motorsport venues, socialising venues, luxury hotels, golf clubs, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Expand Launch Software & Support solutions for sim centres and franchises
- Establish key partnerships with motorsport brands, sponsors, and experiential

marketing teams.

**Leadership & Team Performance**
- Through close association with the General Manager, manage and align the objectives and activities of the Admin/Marketing Manager, Software & Support Manager, and Build Chief.
- Lead contract negotiations, and develop pricing models, and financial forecasting to ensure that budgeted profit targets are met.
- Implement KPIs and performance tracking to monitor team success.

**Client & Partner Relationship Management**
- Cultivate strong relationships with motorsport teams, corporate sponsors, venueoperators, and high-net-worth clients.
- Negotiate and secure multi-year contracts, licensing deals, and reseller

agreements.
- Represent Exsim Ltd at global motorsport and entertainment industry events.
- **Operational Leadership & Business Execution**:

- Through the General Manager, oversee all daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, software, and production teams.
- Ensure thatbusiness processes are aligned with the Company’s revenue and growth objectives.
- Monitor all KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation to optimise efficiency and profitability.
- Through close association with the General Manager,Develop, enforce and maintain quality control standards across all projects.
- **Team Management & Performance Optimisation**:

- Oversee the management oftheAdmin & Marketing, Software & Support, and Build teams by implementing and monitoring structured workflows, training programs, and performance metrics.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments.
- Foster a customer focused culture to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- **Project & Product Management**:

- Oversee the installation and deployment of Exsim’s simulation solutions
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- **Client Relations & Service Excellence**
- Involve the General Manager, in high-profile client engagements.
- Oversee customer support and technical service delivery, ensuring premium client experiences.
- Drive the implementation of customer feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify operational improvements to scale business efficiency.
- Work closely with the General Manager, to enhance service offerings and support

sales growth.
- Create and maintainpricing, cost management, and margin optimisation strategies.

**The Person - Required Experience and skills**
- Extensive experience in high level sales and marketing management, accompanied by a proven track record of success, preferably in the technology, motorsport, experiential entertainment or premium hospitality sectors.
- The ability to develop and implement strategic plans which align with the company’s overall business objectives
- A proven track record of building and cultivating strong customer and partner relationships
- A proven track record of managing and developing a focused team of individuals with diverse abilities to deliver high value projects
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- The ability to adapt to changes in the market and competition, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Strong team leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
