**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as **General Assistants**. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth day-to-day operation of our facility, with a particular focus on café service and party hosting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, helping them feel at home.
- Assisting with café and food service, including food preparation, coffee making, and serving at the till.
- Serving food and drinks with a smile, ensuring families have a relaxing and enjoyable visit.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the play areas and café.
- Supporting with general upkeep, such as tidying play zones, resetting tables, and assisting children with role play activities.
- Interacting positively with guests, including parents and children, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and memorable visits.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Aged 18+
- Able to commit to a full-time 40-hour week
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings or late nights
- Previous experience in hospitality and customer service (**essential**)
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service
