We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. It is very important that our sales people are knowledgeable and able to give good advise to customers, therefore extensive “hands on” experience with the type of equipment we sell is much more important than being a salesman

**Duties**:

- Meet and greet customers at our premises, showing a professional and friendly attitude to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Assist colleagues in any way possible to maintain a good working environment.
- Stay fully up to speed with all aspects and capabilities of the products in our portfolio.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Significant expertise in the use of garden and horticultural machinery.
- Work history in areas such as contracting, sports and amenity maintenance, agriculture, groundskeeping, machinery dealership or other similar.
- Articulate, with good negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient with modern technology.
- Additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
