Qc Assistant

Role: QC Assistant, Full Time, 40 Hours per week, Competitive Salary offered for the right position.

Managing the technical and hygiene functions including all quality systems from the supplier to the finished product, the QC assistant is key to ensuring all Punjab Pakora products are fully compliant with legislation, food safety and quality requirements in line with company and legal standards.

Ensuring all Technical Audits are carried out correctly and accreditations are maintained is essential together with working with customer services to ensure that all customer technical enquiries and customer feedback is professionally handled.

As part of the senior management team the QC assistant has a key role in working with other managers to ensure a positive business culture is maintained, key strategic objectives are achieved, new products are developed and launched successfully, and targets and expectations are exceeded.

To full fill this role you should have professional qualifications to support industry experience and a thorough understanding of quality management systems including BRC Latest issues. You will also require the drive to deliver technical excellence and strong leadership qualities to establish yourself in a rewarding and challenging position.

Together with computer literacy, having a good commercial awareness and good communication skills, a strong work ethic and a flexible approach to work hours is essential.

The QC Assistant will report to the general management of the business.
