PSW will act as recovery champions and ambassadors of recovery in the Trust, with external agencies and organisations. PSW use a person-centred, strength-based recovery approach, working with service users. The role includes some admin duties, including recording on patient records. Postholder will liaise with services, groups, individuals and agencies external to our Trust. The role will support service users, including co-produced forward planning for their recovery, identifying community based activities and support. Emphasis on tasks will vary according to the team sited in. **"Recovery is about building a meaningful and satisfying life, as defined by the person themselves, whether or not there are ongoing symptoms or problems" (Laurie Davidson, Recovery Devon)
