Positioned in the seaside town of Musselburgh the job is in an excellent location for those living in East Lothian & Surrounding Areas as well as being easily accessible for those commuting from Edinburgh with excellent bus services including the 26, 30,44 & 124 among others.

Our kitchen is custom built to suit the venues food offering of Seaside Bistro cooking seasonally to a high volume & standard, being only a year old the kitchen is a bright, beautiful, airy & well laid out area including a modern, bright & airy Dishwashing area.

The main duties of the role are
- Cleaning & Sterilising of Plates, Cutlery & Food preparation equipment
- Simple food preparation tasks as per the Chef's instructions
- Following the company cleaning rotas to ensure exemplary cleanliness in food preparation areas
- Restocking the kitchen with kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc
- Closing down the kitchen at the end of the night to highest standards including leaving the floor spotless both in main walk ways and under all equipment
