**Position: Credit Underwriter (Financial Services Lending)**
**Salary: Up to £28,800 pa + annual bonus scheme**
**Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday shifts between 8am and 8pm with weekends on a rota basis**
**Location: Cardiff with free parking onsite**

The successful Credit Underwriter will be responsible for the following:
- Making informed decisions inline with company lending policies
- Completing affordability checks and liaising directly with customers regarding their credit file
- Working to service level agreements in a fast paced, busy credit underwriter role
- Credit underwriting experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Customer focused, with experience of working within a fast paced, customer service environment
- The best communication skills and the ability to lead difficult conversations is essential
